I see that a company, Sewing Machines and Accessories, has a reconditioned
Bernina Record 530-2 for £250.
Can't find much about it except that it was superceded in the sixties but
had a good reputation.
£250 seems quite a lot for a mchine of that age. Do you know what it can
do? Compared with a 1008 for around £460 (from a local dealer). What would
the spares situation be?
