****rt fabrics

by "B Bear" <teign2nz@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 26, 2006 at 06:13 PM

Hi
I'm looking to make a ****rt for fi****ng.
All my other fi****ng ****rts are poly cotton. It needs to be fast drying as

I'm often underwater :-)
The fabrics that seem closest are available from two outdoor fabric
suppliers at about £6/m. The only swatches I possess.
I've seen polycotton at about £1.50.
The twist is the ****rt is going to be a renaissance cross so will be using

about 6 yds of fabric.
So what's the difference in the fabrics? Best place to go? Is £6 about
right?
Is there a more natural alternative?
I like the sort of suade feel or cotton feel rather than the
ripstop/plastic
feel if that makes sence.
Any help appreciated
BB
