You assume that because I said "maybe not," that I would refuse to
perform my duties. You could not be more wrong. I didn't say that.
If you are in trouble... Say, some asshole pointing a firearm at
your head, demanding all of your precious money... How am I supposed to do
something about that if I am 14 miles away, dealing with the DUI accident
caused by your best buddy having three fourties for lunch and then racing
down the street in a 4500 pound steel weapon? Those are my main duties.
Traffic enforcement and DUI abatement. So, the next time you or your wife
make it home in one piece... You're welcome. And the next time you have
"just a few beers," and decide that you're OK to drive home... Watch out.

considered impaired. If I smell alcohol, and decide that I think you're

I show him a BAC of .04, and tell him that in my opinoin you were
impaired,
guess who gets a conviction on his record? That's right... You.
