I am very pleased to announce one new motor for Gorilla Rocket Motors,
Jim Harris, Presiding.
This motor is an additional propellant offering in the 54-2550 case,
joining the previously certified White Cloud, Black Lightning (Sparky)
and Red Thunder motors.
The K1185GT (Green Tornado) is a 92% K motor, 2460 NS Total, 2.1 second
burn time. The curve for this motor is a quick rise to 100 pounds on
ignition, a curved rise to 300 pounds at the .6 second point, where it
stays dead flat at 300 pounds, until 1.8 seconds, where it has a
straight drop to 0 at the 2.1 point.
There are many additional motors in the Gorilla line due for testing by
the end of June, including new case sizes..
