Is there any company out there that will take a CAD file describing a
plastic part, and produce one or a small number of it, without costing
thousands of dollars? Somebody who's geared towards the hobbyist
instead of serving big manufacturing companies?
It seems like this might (just barely) be possible with today's
technology, but my searches haven't turned up any such thing. Any tips
will be greatly appreciated.
