This happens on a fresh charge, unless my battery packs are bad.
They're pretty new and don't have that many charges on them.
They get hot after running and I put them in the refridgerator or
freezer for a quick cool-down prior to recharging.
I recharge for two hours.
I'll get a fresh charge and pay close attention to see if it's twitchy
at the start.
