No, went to Iowa State. This one of several possibilities I'm looking
at as some out-of-the-box thinking to automate some processes for
work.

I was looking at something like this: http://www.bergenrc.com/Twin.php

It exceeds the payload weight requirement and, if I increased the size
of the fuel tank, it could meet the flight time requirement.

I'm not sure if the Futaba controls could be made to interface with a
PC or not. If not, I would need to put some on-board smarts in to the
thing and that's more work than I really want to do, but it could be
done.... Anybody know anything about that?

It could not refuel itself, obviously, but that was just bonus
points...

It's more work that I wanted to do, but I could still be within the
$10K.
