You haven't overestimated anything except what the technology will cost
you. 
As someone else pointed out, what you're asking for isn't part of the 
"modeling" industry.  The technology to do what you're asking about is out

there but you're seriously deluding yourself if you think you're going to
be 
able to do it for anything near $10k, forget about going it for less than 
that!

What exactly do you want to do with this?
