DragonFly 2CH RC Won't Take Off

Hi All,

I got a 2CH Dragonfly at Christmas, and after a full charge it won't 
take off?  You push the left lever (up / down) up full and the rotor 
blades just spin without lifting off?

Anyone got an idea to why it won't take off?

First couple of times tried it, I managed to at least lift it a few feet 
off the ground.
