Recommendation for a glider

Hi guys.  Can anyone point me to a sailplane thats not to big and has 
electric motor for starting?
I need something to toss in the air on weekends.  I now have 4 kids from 0

to 7, and getting to the airfield isn't easy.  I'd like it to be ARF or 
close to it.
What plane would you recommend?
