Charter has kept everything up so far, but I set up a parallel account
with 
aioe.org, and plan on downloading only headers on aioe, and headers and 
messages on my charter and reading from my charter account.  Once per day,

or every few days, I mark all of the messages as read on the aioe account.

Doing this, if Charter has a brain fart, (which it seems to do
occasionally) 
I'm nearly caught up so I don't have a problem jumping over to my backup 
aioe. account.
