Five Dollar Model Link?

Several years ago, one of the regulars here listed a web site where he was 
collecting submissions for "Five Dollar Models."  It was a take-off of the

old MODEL RAILROADER "Dollar Model" series that was updated for inflation.

I had sent him a brief description of how I built a wooden bridge from
those 
long, fireplace/grill matches that you get this time of the year.  To make
a 
long story short, I have a new computer and have lost that link.  Does 
anyone still happen to have it?
