For parts, try Ron over at A1 Sewing, I have always had good luck with
him and he does carry Pfaff parts:

If it is an all-mechanical machine, definately take those covers off
and give it a 'spa treatment.' It may be full of lint wads and dry as
a bone, and it's not going to perform optimally until it's had a good
maintenance.
