A 6 gallon batch of a Maple Syrup ****ter Braggot
is ready to be secondaried,
Recipe:
John Bull Londen ****ter kit
2 lbs of DME
8 lbs of Clover honey
Lalvin 71B-1122
Fermax yeasy nutrient
The plan is to add the Maple syrup to taste in
the secondary. The starting dose was to be
1 quart (946 ml). But I'm concerned that a
quart mey be excessive.
Has anyone done this? How much have you used?
