Can I throw some honey into a ten day old batch of cider?

I have only brewed one mead a couple of years ago. Took time off from
brewing while I was buliding a plane, but I have been lurking and have
read most of your posts.

That first batch of mead turned into some pretty good stuff over the
last couple of years. My sons have taken up saber fighting with that
Medivel Creative Reinactimentism  group where mead is in demand by all
the pirate types.

Plane is done so over the new year we started up a batch of cider. I
used that English Cider Yeast from white labs (wlp775). I used five
gallons of Santa Cruz juice and it has been bubbling away for 10 days.
But it is just cider. Is it too late to mix up a gallon of two year
old honey and add it at this point?
