Well it's an Elephant Hair Braclet. Theres Several types of Barrel
Knots or sliding connector knots that you could use. They are kind of
like little hangman noose knots that allow you to adjust the
bracelet. The big problem is finding elephant hair to make them with
but I have seen some made out of wire or stiff rope.
