I am looking to acquire a large specimen of red chalcedony/carnelian
originating from Yemen for a ring. The local Yemenite name for the
stone is 'aqeeq or 'aqeeq hamra'. If anyone knows how it can be
acquired short of going to Yemen directly, it would be most
appreciated.
