Blending Two Batches

by liddytime <liddytime@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jun 3, 2008 at 12:43 PM

Has anyone out there ever blended two different batches?

I brewed a ESB a few months back and it never carbonated.... tastes
great... just ZERO carbonation. I tried all the tricks - carb tabs,
shaking, warm rooms....nuthin...

I was planning to do another new batch and add in the old
uncarbonated stuff and re-bottle.

My question is when to add back the old stuff? Primary - secondary
or right before bottling? I mean, they do this with belgian ales
right?

Any tips greatly appreciated!
