Technical Sup****t Engineer - Windows Management Migration Team
We are seeking a Sup****t Engineer to sup****t customers on our Windows
Management product line for our Migration Sup****t team. Position will be
based out of the Halifax, NS office, and will involve working with our
Domain (NT / AD) and Exchange migration product solutions.
Engineers will work independently and as part of a team using their skills
to solve customer's technical issues in various Windows and Exchange
environments. The engineer will also be responsible for providing
after-hours sup****t as part of an on-call rotation and be part of ****ft
rotations to provide Sup****t to all North America locations.
Requirements:
§ Windows NT and Windows 200x
§ Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 200x
§ Three (3) years administration / sup****t experience particularly
with Windows Networks with Exchange server. Domain and Exchange Migrations
a
big plus.
§ Must be independent, self-motivated, a team player and have a
people-oriented personality
Preferred:
§ MCSE / MCSA in NT4, Windows 2000 / 2003 (or equivalent work
experience)
§ SQL Server 2000
§ Domain and / or Exchange Migration experience (with Quest tools
a
bonus)
§ ADAM
§ Scripting knowledge (VBS, Jscript, etc) a plus
