After Dell Winders put his usual free advertising blurb on this fellows
website -- the Forum Administrator told him in no uncertain terms to get
lost and never come back again trying to sell his scam dowsing rods.
Here is what the Forum Admin told him:
"nothing personal guys, but ive been involved in about every single type
and phase of prospecting over the span of more than 25 years+. ive used
about ev ery single type of equipment,etc, and i can tell you one thing
for certain, "dowsing" with rods ( now, dont take offense to this) is a
bunch of hogwash. i knew a "water witch" who used to dowse for years for
wells. he got paid if he found a wet spot or not. well, after spending a
day on the boat with him, and 18 pack of buswieser, he disclosed that, as
i had already knew that 'water witch" and "dowsing" in general was a
farce. then he disclosed that he had a degree in geology, and the
formation of direction of underwater rivers ans streams, and could tell
just by looking at the ground and the lay of the land ( and an educated
guess) where the water would be. go figure. didnt stop him from making big
bucks doing that water witching thing"
