This is to inform you that Dell Winders has listed items on eBay that are
misrepresented and are in violation of eBay rules. Dell has purposely
listed his scam dowsing rod in the WRONG category so as to confuse
potential buyers into thinking the dowsing rod is a metal detector and is
electronic.
His dowsing rod has nothing to do with electronics and everything to do
with dowsing. It is a simple dowsing rod and requires an ideomotor
dowsing response before it will operate. He lied when he said it didn't
have anything to do with dowsing. He lied when he said he did not know
for sure how it worked. He lied when he called it a metal detector and
listed it under the category of metal detectors.
A formal complaint was filed with the authorities of eBay as well as the
Federal Trade Commission.
If Dell Winders continues to lie and misrepresent his dowsing rod to the
public and to the consumers on eBay, we will continue to lodge formal
complaints until the practice is stopped.
What he is doing is Unlawful and constitutes Willful Deception by Fraud.
It is a criminal offense and is punishable by law.
