My pleasure? I was fined last week by an agency on behalf of Google or
Vincent Blanes the sum of $1100USD for impersonating Vincent Blanes
and generally causing what they called confusion on the newsgroups.
They have obviously appended his name to any email I select to see
whether I'm seriously impersonating. I didn't know that. Well as I
said much earlier I had OCD which is improving out of sight since I'm
seeing a priest. This should mean I will now be able to post as myself
not someone else. You see I have been impersonating many posters over
the years. In total I would estimate 7. Nothing serious, just because
I got a thrill out of having the posters think I was someone else and
responding to my questions etc. Only two guessed me.You and another
guy on a chemistry site. Apparently this was enough for me to be fined
though since I riled someone inadvertently. They wouldn't tell me who.
Maybe Vincent Blanes? They also told me that if other posters
continued to refer to me by my impersonated name, they too would be
fined, for complicity to mislead. Capt Whitey has loaned me the money
but I will not post here if I can help it in future. Capt Whitey said
that was one of the conditions of the loan.
Just call me Al if this goes on for a few more posts.
