In which case I do feel sorry for the contractors in your service area.
Obviously you are going to waste a lot of their valuable time.

But..But.. I own this school yard and your the one trying to set the 
rules. It doesn't work that way. The governing bodies make the rules and 
I can only do business within those rules. Last week a fellow told me 
that he wanted a much larger then necessary furnace and air conditioner 
installed. I didn't have any say in the matter. The government planning 
people said absolutely not. That it had to be what was indicated on the
Jloads sheets. We have always had a problem with General contractors on 
new homes. They alway want one size smaller to save a lot of money on 
hundreds of homes with undersize equipment.
