Yep. Expect to pay $ 350 - 500, and expect a quality job nd
detailed printout for that money. Expect it to be a low-priority job
that they will fit in when they have time, in this hot weather.

Discuss that with them. I doubt it. In most locations, they
are required to do their own to get a permit / inspection.
