You'll need filter and a splitter. The cable must pass through a filter 
that cuts out the frequency of modulated camera signal. Then the two can 
be mixed together with a standard 2-way splitter. The filters are 
normally either low-pass, which p***** everything lower than the 
specified cut-off channel, or a notch filter that p***** things on both 
sides of the notch -- centered around your modulator output frequency.
