cutting plastic film?

by "jd" <groundzero@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 28, 2005 at 03:59 PM

I want to cut about 200 .75" diameter discs from .0055" thick plastic film.

The circles must look "die cut". In other words, no jagged or deformed
edges.

I tried a .75" paper punch but the film is too tough. A razor blade and
scissors both work but the discs don't look that great.

What I need is punch similar to what is used on a steel rule die.

Does anyone know where I can get such a punch? It would need to be at
least
2" long so I could hold it comfortably.

Thanks!
